All last season’s questions about Arsene Wenger’s future have re-surfaced after a defeat that as embarrassing as it was comprehensive. It is six years ago today since they were beaten 8-2 by Manchester United at Old Trafford and nothing seems to have changed. Liverpool were good, very good, and would have destroyed many teams on this form but Arsenal showed a lack of organisation, discipline and, worst of all, desire and determination as they crashed to a second successive Premier League defeat.
