Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has aired his frustrations about Chelsea being awarded a penalty during Wednesday night's Premier League clash at the Emirates. The dramatic game ended in a 2-2 draw for the Gunners thanks to Hector Bellerin's stoppage-time equaliser.
