Why Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang can't play in the Europa League

They have completed the transfer of Borussia Dortmund's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, following on from the capture of Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Manchester United. But while Mkhitaryan CAN turn out for the Gunners in the UEL, Aubameyang will be INELIGIBLE.
