By Rhys Turrell / Published 13th February 2018 GETTY Alexandre Lacazette: Arsenal star has undergone surgery The Gunners man had an operation this morning and faces up to six weeks on the sidelines. Arsenal said in a statement this afternoon: "Striker Alex Lacazette had an arthroscopy on his left knee in London on Tuesday morning.
