Everton ready to break bank to land Arsenal contract rebel EVERTON are ready to pay Jack Wilshere an £8m signing-on fee if the midfielder leaves Arsenal for free this summer. By Owen Fulda / Published 18th March 2018 The England international is out of contract at the end of the season. Negotiations with the club have stalled after the Gunners asked Wilshere to take a 25 per cent pay cut. The injury-plagued midfielder has managed 31 appearances for Arsenal this term and Everton are readying a mega-money offer.
