Gazidis on Emery and the recruitment process
Ivan Gazidis sat beside Unai Emery at his introductory press conference and was fulsome in his praise for our new head coach. Our chief executive discussed the recruitment process in detail and reflected on why we have appointed the Spaniard. This was his opening address to the media on Wednesday afternoon:
"Welcome everybody. Today I’m really delighted and excited to announce the new head coach of Arsenal Football Club as Unai Emery.
