Arsenal transfer news: Lucas Torreira ‘has left’ Sampdoria ARSENAL target Lucas Torreira “has left” Sampdoria, according to the Italian club’s sporting director Carlo Osti. By Alex Harris / Published 26th June 2018 Torreira is set to be confirmed as the third signing of the Unai Emery era at Arsenal after the two clubs agreed a £26.4m (€30m) fee. He is expected to put pen to paper on a five-year contract but the transfer is yet to be completed due to the Uruguay international’s participation at the World Cup.
