Arsenal ready to make Theo Walcott sweat over his future
Arsene Wenger has dropped a big hint that he is willing to let Theo Walcott enter the final six months of his contract before making a decision over the forward’s future. Arsenal manager Wenger claimed talks have started with Walcott over a new deal, with his present contract due to expire in the summer of 2016. Liverpool are interested in signing Walcott if he does not commit his future to Arsenal, but Wenger has suggested the Anfield club may have to wait until the January 2016 transfer window.
