Arsenal move for Petr Cech depends on Roman Abramovich's consent
Arsenal have made Petr Cech their top goalkeeping target this summer but the mounting possibility of a rare deal between London’s two leading clubs is now likely to hinge on the personal decision of Chelsea’s owner, Roman Abramovich.
