Team play baseball in D.C. | Arsenal x Nationals
Five of our first-team stars were given the opportunity of a lifetime on Monday afternoon, when they were invited to play baseball by the Washington Nationals. Calum Chambers, Rob Holding, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Gabriel Martinelli and Mesut Ozil took to the field at Nationals Park where they were given an introduction to pitching by Erick Fedde. They were then invited into the club house for a tour of the dressing room to meet star outfielder Gerardo Parra, before honing their skills in the batting cage and exchanging jerseys with the Nationals players.
