Miedema nominated for Women’s Ballon d'Or
Vivianne Miedema has been shortlisted for the 2019 Women’s Ballon d’Or. Our striker is one of 20 players to have been nominated for the prestigious award, following her superb 2018/19 title-winning season. Miedema scored 31 goals across all competitions at club level, before helping the Netherlands to reach the final of the 2019 Women’s World Cup. The shortlist so far includes: Vivianne Miedema
