Mikel Arteta hints at new Arsenal deal
Mikel Arteta has revealed that he intends to stay at Arsenal and sign a new deal with the club, despite falling down the pecking order and receiving limited playing time. The Spaniard has made just 12 appearance for the Gunners this season, as injuries and the emergence of Francis Coquelin have kept the midfielder out of the starting XI. However, after this weekend's FA Cup final with Aston Villa, Arteta insists that he will sign a contract extension with the club.
