Chelsea, Manchester City to rival Arsenal for Joelson Fernandes?
Chelsea and Manchester City have reportedly joined Premier League rivals Arsenal in the race to sign Sporting Lisbon starlet Joelson Fernandes this summer. The 17-year-old has attracted the attention of a number of Europe's biggest clubs during a breakthrough season in which he became Sporting's youngest ever player. Arsenal have reportedly already seen two bids turned down for the attacker, who has a £41m release clause in his contract at the Portuguese outfit. A Bola claims that both Chelsea and Manchester City are considering triggering that clause, whereas Arsenal are unwilling to do so.
