Willian completes Arsenal transfer from Chelsea
Willian has completed his free transfer to Arsenal, joining on a three-year-deal. The Brazilian leaves Chelsea, despite them being in the Champions League, after seven years at Stamford Bridge. Willian was offered a new contract but decided against staying.
