Houssem Aouar now 'resigned' to Arsenal move following Champions League dream
Arsenal target Houssem Aouar is 'resigned' to accepting the Premier League switch. The 22-year-old Frenchman has proved to be a valuable asset for Lyon, but their agreement with AC Milan midfielder Lucas Paqueta suggests that they are ready to cash-in on their star playmaker. Club president Jean-Michel Aulas stated last week that the Gunners had made a ‘timid’ offer for Aouar, but Mikel Arteta’s side look certain to improve on that as the deadline approaches. Although Arteta has been open about his desire to do business, he is yet to comment on individual targets.
