Arsenal make late move for Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey?
Arsenal have allegedly made one final attempt to sign Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey. While the Gunners have been heavily linked with the Ghana international throughout the summer transfer window, there has been a reluctance to meet the player's £45m release clause. Atletico have no interest in a sale for anything below that fee, as well as remaining insistent that no players can be involved in a part-exchange deal.
