Will Partey be in the squad to face Man City?
Thomas Partey only arrived in London on Tuesday - but will he be in our matchday squad to face Manchester City this weekend. Mikel Arteta was asked about the Ghana international in his pre-match press conference and said the next few days will be crucial for assessing his readiness.
“Well he was here just yesterday, he is getting familiar with everything around the club,” our manager said. “Today he will have his first training session, so everything has to come really quickly for him. We knew that before we signed him that he is fit, he is very willing to start playing and we will see how he goes in the next few days.
