Sterling's comments on Arteta explain why Arsenal axed Ozil so quickly

Raheem Sterling says that players who don't run will immediately get the axe under Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta. Sterling played under Arteta during the Spaniard's time as assistant to Pep Guardiola at Manchester City. And the England superstar claims that Arteta's mantra has always been based on work rate - similar to that installed at City by Guardiola. Ozil was axed from Arsenal's Europa League squad and is now also set to miss out on the Premier League 25-man listings when they are released in the coming days.
