Loan watch: Ballard MotM on first Blackpool start
Daniel Ballard was named as the man of the match in his first start for Blackpool on Saturday. The Northern Ireland international took the place of the suspended James Husband in central defence and impressed as his side beat MK Dons 1-0 at home.
The win leaves Blackpool 17th in League One after eight matches.
Elsewhere, Ben Sheaf was on the receiving end of a drubbing as Coventry lost 4-0 against Blackburn at St Andrew's.
