Arsenal will be first to welcome fans back fans to their stadium once lockdown is lifted – and it has seen Mikel Arteta make a desperate admission. The Prime Minister has revealed how the country will be divided up into Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 when the nation lockdown ends on December 2. It was reported earlier this week that 4,000 spectators would be allowed at outdoor sporting events in the safest areas, with 2,000 at Tier 2 and none in Tier 3. Combined with the latest tier standings, none of the Premier League sides fall into the Tier 1 regions.
