Arteta issues Balogun contract update as youngsters bags first Arsenal goal
Mikel Arteta has given Arsenal fans an update on Folarin Balogun's contract situation. The 19-year-old repaid the faith shown in him on Thursday night by scoring 37 seconds after coming on from the bench. It saw the Gunners down Molde 3-0 in Norway and secure qualification from their Europa League group. Also on the scoresheet was Nicolas Pepe and Reiss Nelson in a morale-lifting victory. But the ongoing dilemma surrounding Balogun continues with the teenager's contract situation up in the air.
