Sunderland To Rival West Ham For Arsenal Defender Carl Jenkinson
It has been reported that Sunderland are making a move to trump West Ham United for Arsenal fullback Carl Jenkinson. The Mail on Sunday says new Hammers boss Slaven Bilic is happy to renew their loan deal with Jenkinson of Arsenal but Sunderland have also offered the £2m loan fee and a willingness to cover the 23-year-old's wages. Jenkinson had a successful loan spell at the club last season and there is no the doubt fans would love to him see return to Upton Park.
