How Arsenal could line up against Manchester City

Under-fire Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will be hoping for a favour from his former club on Tuesday when he welcomes Manchester City to the Emirates Stadium in the EFL Cup quarter-finals. The Gunners did not get one from another of his former clubs as they slumped to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Everton at the weekend, extending their winless run in the Premier League to seven games. Progress to the semi-finals of the EFL Cup would inject some much-needed Christmas cheer into the Arsenal camp, but they are facing a team which has dominated this competition in recent years.
