Kieran Tierney could face competition at Arsenal from star he "inspires"
Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney could soon be facing competition for his place in the side – from a star in Scotland who he inspires. Tierney, 27, joined the Gunners in 2019 after winning four successive titles and four cups north of the border with boyhood club Celtic. And with Mikel Arteta set to rejig his squad this summer, Arsenal may look to Scotland once more in a bid to find hidden talent. One name that could be on the Spaniard’s shopping list is highly-rated Hibernian full-back Josh Doig.
