Gary Neville says Arsenal have already been denied penalty because of VAR rule changes

Gary Neville declared that Arsenal didn't receive a penalty through Folarin Balogun because of VAR rule changes. The Gunners found themselves a goal down at half-time in their Premier League opening clash with Brentford on Friday evening. However, Mikel Arteta's men could have felt aggrieved to have not been awarded a penalty from a challenge on their young starlet Balogun. The 20-year-old was able to spin the box, however, he was unable to get a shot off following a challenge from Rico Henry.
