Arsenal receive 'official offer' for Mohamed Elneny with clubs seeking late transfer

Arsenal have received an official offer from Besiktas for midfield outcast Mohamed Elneny, according to reports in Turkey. Elneny, 29, has fallen out of favour at the Emirates this season, with the signing of Albert Sambi Lokonga pushing him further down Mikel Arteta's pecking order. The Egypt international made his first Premier League appearance of the 2021/22 campaign off the bench in last weekend's 5-0 hammering away at Manchester City, having been left on the bench in their opening 2-0 defeats against Brentford and Chelsea. But according to Turkish outlet NTV Sport, he has been offered a potential route out of north London despite the English transfer window closing on Tuesday....
