Match report – Player ratings – Video After the heights of the win last weekend, Arsenal were brought back down to earth yesterday after a pretty impressive Brighton performance and a display of our own which was sub-par. A lot was made of the hosts start to the season – a win would have taken them level with leaders Chelsea – so it shouldn't be a surprise that they made life difficult for us. They pressed well, made it really tough for us to play it out from the back, and when your goalkeeper is forced to kick it long towards a defence with an average height of double-decker bus, you're not going to get much change out of that.
