Man United & Arsenal transfer boost… 31-goal ace available for £21m
Manchester United and Arsenal have been given the green light to move for Alexandre Lacazette, with reports from The Telegraph claiming that Lyon are ready to accept offers of £21m. The France international was one of the stories of the European game last term, with his 31 goals at Stade Gerland garnering much attention. 27 of these efforts came in Ligue 1, keeping the relatively unfancied side in the title race until the dying weeks of the season, while only Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi can boast a better return in any of the continent’s top five leagues – both scored in excess of 40.
