Arsenal Target William Carvalho Named Best Player At UEFA U21 Championships
It has been revealed that Portugal star William Carvalho has been named the Player of the Tournament at the UEFA U21 European Championships. The 23-year old midfielder, who plays for Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon, was his side's key performer as Portugal made it to the final of the U21 Euros in the Czech Republic. Carvalho, who continues to be linked with a summer move to Arsenal, did not miss a minute of Portugal's campaign which ended with a heartbreaking 4-3 penalty shootout loss to Sweden in Prague on Tuesday night.
