10 Premier League rejects who recovered from nightmare spells to revive their careers

Just because a player fails to make the grade in the Premier League, it doesn't mean he's not any good. Just ask Felipe Caicedo. The Ecuadorian striker managed a mere seven goals in 35 appearances following a January deadline day move to Manchester City shortly before they were bankrolled in 2008 in a transfer that simply didn't go to plan. Unperturbed by the setback, the flop then embarked on journeyman career which saw him plying his trade in Portugal, Spain, Russia and the United Arab Emirates, before settling in Italy.
