Arsenal fans 'feel physically ill' after club announce huge hike in season ticket prices

Arsenal fans have admitted they have been left 'feeling physically ill' after the club announced a 4% increase in the price of season tickets. The North Londoners, who are set to imminently announce losses in excess of £100million, revealed the planned changes for the 2022-23 campaign on Monday - a first price rise at the club in eight years. The Gunners revealed that the average cost of an Emirates season ticket will now strand at over £1200, should the club qualify for the Champions League, while the fee will be over £1000 even without European football.
