Protester tries to attach himself to goalpost during Arsenal vs Liverpool clash

A protester tried to attach himself to the goalposts during Liverpool's 2-0 win over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night. The game was briefly paused when the young man, who was wearing a t-shirt with the words 'just stop oil' and 'we have no future' on it, burst out of the crowd and sat down on the pitch after clamping his hands around the post. Stewards were thankfully quick to react and dragged him away before there was any real cause for concern. Fortunately, he didn't appear to put up much of a struggle and left the field with a look of resignation rather than anything more sinister.
