Bizarre first tweets from many of football's biggest names on Twitter's 16th birthday
'Hi rio do u want picking up in the morning pal.' Eleven seemingly innocuous words that wouldn't mean a great deal to most people, but that are instantly recognisable to all football fans as Wayne Rooney's first ever tweet. The Manchester United legend's first message on the social media site has been continually parodied and mimicked ever since he pressed send on that fateful day in April 2011.
