Brazil manager Tite says "sorry Arsenal, sorry Arteta" for "lie" about Gunners

Brazil manager Tite has shut down rumours linking him with Arsenal by slamming them as “lies”. Reports in Brazil claimed last week that Tite had been in talks with Arsenal technical director Edu about taking over as Gunners boss when he eventually calls time on his tenure with the Brazil national team. It came as a shock given Mikel Arteta’s project in north London has only just started to take off. But the 60-year-old has now come out and openly dispelled the links. He slammed them as mis-information and went on to apologise to Arteta for the mix-up, even adding he felt “saddened”.
