'Togetherness is the cement we build on'

As we emerge from the final international break of the season, Mikel Arteta's men have ten games remaining as they go hunting Champions League qualification. The boss spoke to the media ahead of Monday's fixture at Crystal Palace, and again underlined how important the togetherness of the squad will be for the season run in.   "For me it's crucial because it's the platform and the cement that you can build on," the manager said.   "Then obviously you need the players, you need the quality, the understanding.
