Match report: Leicester City 0-5 Arsenal Women

WHAT HAPPENED  We secured a fourth consecutive victory in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League on Sunday as we defeated Leicester City 5-0 at the King Power Stadium.  Thursday’s exit from the UEFA Women’s Champions League was a tough one to take for Jonas Eidevall’s side - but this game was the perfect chance to get back to winning ways ahead of the international break.  Coming into this game off the back of a 9-0 defeat last weekend, Leicester City were lacking in confidence and made the worst possible start, as we opened the scoring inside just two minutes.   Caitlin Foord skipped past her marker with some fine footwork and crossed into the penalty area for Beth Mead, who...
