Report: Nacho Monreal on Athletic Bilbao's radar
Arsenal defender Nacho Monreal has emerged as a transfer target for La Liga side Athletic Bilbao, according to reports. The 29-year-old only joined the Gunners from Malaga two years ago, and made 39 appearances for Arsene Wenger's side last season. However, the Spanish club will move for Monreal if Arsenal sign another left-back this summer, reports Marca. Arsenal have been linked with a move for Napoli's Faouzi Ghoulam, potentially paving the way for Monreal's departure. Monreal is a Spanish international with 16 caps to his name.
