Theo Walcott relaxed over Arsenal contract talks
Arsenal forward Theo Walcott has claimed that he is relaxed over the prospect of signing a new contract at the Emirates. Walcott signed a £90,000-a-week contract 18 months ago, but has been in tentative talks about a new deal with Arsene Wenger's side. However, the England international is believed to be holding out for over £100,000 a week, but said that he was calm about the discussions. The Guardian quotes Walcott as saying: "My agent has talked to the club, I enjoy playing for this club so I am just letting them crack on with things and I'll continue playing football.
