Arsene Wenger provides update on Theo Walcott contract talks

Walcott last put pen to paper on a £100,000-a-week contract back in January 2013. However, with his present deal set to run out next summer, the Gunners haven't begun talks over a contract extension for Walcott yet. When asked about club contract news, Wenger said: "Francis Coquelin and Chuba Akpom are settled. No, nothing has happened yet with Theo. It's too early Arsene Wenger "No, nothing has happened yet with Theo. It's too early.” Walcott has scored just twice in the Premier League this term.
