Arsène Wenger says Thierry Henry will have to go through a “psychological and mental transformation” to become a manager.
The club’s all-time record goalscorer is currently working with Arsenal’s under-18s as he works towards gaining his coaching badges.
Wenger is pleased to see his protégé on the training field in a new capacity, and says Henry must realise the crucial differences in his new role.
