Tottenham Win A Huge Result For Arsene Wenger – Redknapp
It has been reported that former Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp believes Arsenal's 2-1 win over North London rivals Tottenham in the League Cup has eased the pressure on Gunners boss Arsene Wenger. Speaking in his role as a pundit for Sky Sports, Redknapp said the result would go some way to silencing the criticism that has been recently directed at Wenger for Arsenal's lack of spending during the summer transfer window.
