Mathieu Flamini was the hero this past Wednesday night, with the French midfielder scoring an unlikely brace to give us a 2-1 win over North London rivals Tottenham. His former Arsenal teammate Cesc Fabregas sent him a message following his Man of the Match display, suggesting he always saw an eye for goal in the tough tackling Gunner. Fabregas has lost his place in the majority of Arsenal fans' hearts since his controversial switch to Chelsea, but he still retains a connection with a number of current and ex-Arsenal stars.
