It has been reported that Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has revealed that he constantly learns from watching teammate Alexis Sanchez in training. The 22-year-old England international was recently criticised by Wenger for lacking self-belief and he has revealed that his father Mark also holds the same opinion, suggesting that he needs to believe in his abilities like Sanchez.
