Arsenal set to rival Aston Villa in chase of £14.5m winger
Arsenal are considering a move to beat Aston Villa to the signing of Besiktas star Gokhan Tore, according to Calciomercato, as reported by the Metro. The 23-year-old was previously part of the Chelsea academy, developing as a youth player from 2009 to 2011, but eventually joined Hamburger SV on a senior career. Villa boss Tim Sherwood is even believed to have travelled to watch Tore’s performance during a recent match between Besiktas and Fenerbahce.
