Ex-Arsenal Star Van Persie Again Exchanges Barbs With Fenerbahce Coach Pereira
It has been reported that Robin van Persie remains at loggerheads with Fenerbahce coach Vitor Pereira. The former Arsenal and Manchester United captain has publicly hit out at Pereira after being benched in recent games. Van Persie was again missing from the starting line-up for the clash with Akhisar. 'I'm ready,' snapped the Dutchman, 'and I want to be on the pitch.' But Pereira countered: 'He is not yet in a position to play 90 minutes.'
