Injured Arsenal star sets return date & claims he's close to being back on the pitch

Danny Welbeck has been out injured for quite some time, but is hoping to make a return to action early in 2016, as reported by The Guardian. The former Manchester United man had a decent first season at the club, and proved himself a solid squad player. He was a victim of the Arsenal curse however, and suffered a nasty injury towards the tail end of the campaign. The injury initially didn't seem that bad, but his return date was pushed back, and pushed back, and pushed back.
