Martin Keown Insists Premier League Boards Need Football Experience

It has been revealed that Arsenal hero Martin Keown says there's a lack of football experience on Premier League boards. Keown wrote for the Daily Mail: 'When Jurgen Klopp arrived at Liverpool there was a lot of focus on the club's transfer committee. Among that group are executives with plenty of corporate experience but not much in terms of football. 'It got me thinking. Why are so few former players and managers involved in the business side of the game? 'There are more than 120 directors on the boards of the 20 Premier League clubs.
