Man Utd and Chelsea target ordered to stay with club
Manchester United target Youri Tielemans has been told to win a prestigious player of the year award in Belgium before making a big money move, according to reports in the Daily Star. The 18-year old has established man as a key part of the Anderlecht side that won the league last year, and has reportedly attracted interest from the Red Devils, Chelsea and Arsenal.
