Gabriel fears played down
Ahead of yesterday's game against Watford, Arsenal Player said that Gabriel was absent because of ‘illness'. Those watching on Sky Sports will have heard Martin Tyler say in commentary that the Brazilian had ‘undergone a minor operation', and that was why he wasn't taking part. Obviously when you hear the word ‘minor operation' in relation to any Arsenal player, you tend to think of this: However, in his post-match interview, Arsene Wenger didn't seem too worried, saying, 'He should be available for Tuesday. He had a good training session before we left at our training ground and he looks alright.' Phew! Until we see him of course. Until then we're thinking of this:
