Arsene Wenger Hails Qualities Of ‘Winner’ Olivier Giroud
It has been reported that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was full of praise for Olivier Giroud in the wake of Tuesday night's win over Bayern Munich. The French striker came off the bench to score the Gunners' opening goal in their eventual 2-0 win when getting on the end of Santi Cazorla's free-kick in the 77th minute. Giroud had replaced Theo Walcott only three minutes earlier and gave his side something completely different to what his speedy teammate had provided, which delighted Wenger.
